Drew Corley, Charlene Gabriel, Eric Beveridge, Jackie Landis, James Tuck

Eric Beveridge
President

Eric is Vice President and Senior Title Officer for Southland Title in San Diego. He has been in the industry since 1967, except for a three-year stint touring Asia and other parts of the world, courtesy of Uncle Sam.

Nowadays, he enjoys world travel according to his own itinerary. This is Eric's second tour of duty on North Rim's Board of Directors.

Drew Corley
Vice President

Drew is a construction consultant who provides construction design and advice as well as construction management. He is passionate about the community of Linda Vista. In addition to being a member of the North Rim Board of Directors, he is also a member of the Linda Vista Planning Committee.

Drew graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in communications. On top of his business and community commitments, he finds time to teach yoga.

Charlene Gabriel
Secretary

Charlene has lived in North Rim since 1990. As the Facilities Financing Manager in the City of San Diego’s City Planning and Community Investment Department, she participates in the planning and building of community facilities such as the Mission Valley Library.

She’s an avid golfer, although not a good one, but still spends as much time as possible on any number of area golf courses. She’s a Padres fan and enjoys taking her nieces to home games. Other interests include attending plays, listening to music, and walking.

Jackie Landis
Treasurer

Jackie has been a North Rim resident since 1999. A third-generation San Diegan, she is a freelance writer, book editor, and continuing education instructor.

She is an alumna of the University of San Diego and lived in Linda Vista during her college years, before North Rim was built. Having lived in various communities around San Diego before returning to Linda Vista and settling in North Rim, she can attest that there are few places around town than can match our neighborhood's desirability.

James Tuck
Assistant Treasurer/Secretary

A resident of North Rim since 2000, James spends his 9-5 workday in charge of Business Development for the prestigious Scripps Center for Executive Health, La Jolla. He has lived in San Diego nearly all of his adult life and enjoys North Rim's proximity to the city center.

"North Rim's a special place and I feel honored to have been selected by my neighbors to help us navigate the local issues that affect us all and to preserve our sense of community."
